When it was the first time of our family for someone to leave the country, loneliness has always been around the house. Then other member of the family left, then another and another. Now it’s just me, mom, dad and the dogs.
It was hard at first but we got used to it. It took a small matter of time for me to accept that people leave. I had my chances too, but I wanted to be different, I want to prove that not all people leave. So I’ll stay. I’ll stay because I have hope that someday we will be given other options aside from leaving. That’s the right choice.
